If your order is incorrect, damaged, or incomplete—please contact us right away. We’ll figure out what happened and find the best way to make it right for you.
Not your perfect cup of tea?
Turns out you don’t love the tea you ordered after all? If you’re really not feeling your purchase, please contact us to tell us you're not happy with our order. We want you to enjoy your tea, and although we cannot refund loose leaf tea or any gift packs containing tea, we’ll hopefully find a solution. Please note that online orders cannot be returned in-store.

Not satisfied?
If you are not happy with your purchase please bring the item and original receipt back to the store within 30 Days of the purchase date. We are not able to return loose leaf tea or gift sets containing tea. Please be advised that online purchases can not be returned in the store.
